AM Live 2025 – the best yet!

November 20, 2025

Our team came back from AM Live 2025 inspired and ready to take our ViHUB platform to the next level following our dashboard redevelopment which formed the central focus on our stand this year.

For the past six months, our development team, led by our client solutions director Chris Banks, with insights from our product manager Linda Clarke, have redefined our dashboard to make it more intuitive. Our goal was to simplify the lives of retailer staff who access multiple systems in the course of their working day.

AM Live was our opportunity not to just showcase our platform, which allows users to operate a multitude of systems from one place with automated updates to all integrated applications, but to gain feedback on our new dashboard.

We were delighted to hear that our investment in development time and the weeks we spent talking to end users in dealerships has paid off with a resounding vote of confidence among dealers.

Following our recently announced partnership with Percayso Vehicle Intelligence (PVI), a specialist in real-time, whole-market automotive data, we invited key representatives to join us on our stand to highlight how together we can deliver even more for dealers. The collaboration will see Percayso's cutting-edge market insights seamlessly integrated into Autofinity's flagship vehicle inventory management system, ViHUB.

This new capability will empower UK independent retailers and franchised dealer groups with the comprehensive, granular data they need to make smarter stocking, pricing, and sales decisions.

Dealers were very impressed with both how Percayso insights can be accessed from within ViHUB and the level of detail our new integration means we can now provide.

VIHUB allows users to action insights that are flagged straight from its dashboard. Users can drill down to more detailed information of the problem and put it right without navigating out of the platform. Amends are automatically uploaded to all other integrated systems and marketing channels avoiding double keying and reducing human error.

The dashboard automatically creates a ‘to do’ list of the day’s priorities identifying issues such as overage stock, problems with individual vehicles such as mileage or price discrepancies or lack of images, and new stock which requires attention, such as when a manufacturer is about to take payment, but the vehicle has yet to be sold.

As ever, the event also provided us with the chance to talk to other suppliers with the technology and innovation stream proving especially insightful. We came away confident that we’re pursuing the right course with our drive to create one hub where dealers can operate without the need to navigate in and out of several systems. The tech stack essentials session identified the improvement of data accuracy, reduction of manual input, and the accessibility of real-time actionable insights as the key to innovation, efficiency and profitability and these have been key drivers in our dashboard redevelopment.

Our CEO Andy Whitehair also appeared on The Drivetime Podcast, new for this year’s event, where industry leaders discussed new ideas and the tech that’s shaping the future of automotive retail.

We’re already looking forward to AM Live 2026.
