See ViHUBs new intuitive dashboard at AM Live
October 20, 2025
We will be launching our new, intuitive dashboard for our vehicle inventory management and marketing platform ViHUB designed to align with daily tasks of dealership teams.
The new dashboard, which will be launched at AM Live stand A14 on 12th November, delivers a more intuitive experience with salient vehicle information immediately visible.
Live from Q126, the new dashboard design follows six months of investigations and liaison with a variety of end users including senior leaders, general managers, brand managers, sales managers and sales executives.
As well as regular details such as make, model, mileage and price, users can see vital vehicle information such as allocation (whether vehicles are pipeline, demos, retail or trade), the number of days a vehicle has been in stock, and the last time a price adjustment was made.
Our chief solutions officer Chris Banks, who led the redesign team: “We've spoken to dealers at length to understand key daily tasks and the information they need readily to perform these activities which we then put into a dashboard format. The new top-down design allows the dashboard to be viewed from across the group, by brand, new or used, or by site, to enable users at all levels of the business to easily drill into the detail while providing key oversight first in real-time."
The dashboard automatically creates a ‘to do’ list of the day’s priorities incorporating issues such as overage stock, problems with individual vehicles such as mileage or price discrepancies or lack of images and new stock which requires attention such as when a manufacturer is about to take payment but the vehicle has yet to be sold.
“We found the most common problems relating to new vehicles are usually linked to finance and the cost they pose to the dealership the longer they remain unsold. For example, a car will be flagged red if the manufacturer has automatically taken the cost of the car from the dealership’s account but the vehicle has not been paid for by a customer. Or there will be an alert if that money is due to be taken by the OEM in the next 14 days to give the dealership chance to sell the car before it becomes a negative asset.
“For both new and used, dealers have the option to impose their own rules, for example, a new car with 150 miles on the clock; a used car with zero miles on the clock; or new cars without a finance code, will be flagged. Pricing flags include whether the price has been checked or updated in so many days whilst comparison to Auto Trader’s price rating means it is immediately obvious if a car’s price tag is out of kilter with the market.
“We have tried to cover every aspect of new and used retailing and vehicle inventory to deliver the information succinctly and to make issues highly visible for quick rectification. Our goal is to save dealers money and help them sell their cars more efficiently whilst freeing up time for dealership staff with automation.”
Our team will be on hand to showcase ViHUB and our new dashboard at Stand A14 at AM Live which will be held at the Birmingham NEC.
