Great partnerships are instrumental for success

December 16, 2025

A successful business is not only a sum of its various parts but also a result of its partnerships. Exceptional relationships with clients, suppliers and like-minded businesses helps a company thrive. At Autofinity with our reliance on third-party integration, collaboration is essential.

Forging relationships with dealer groups, single-site operators and OEMs is hotwired into everything we do but that’s the same for any supplier in our sector. What makes us different and forms part of our success is our ability and willingness to reach out to and work with other suppliers.

We have built our reputation as a leading provider of inventory management and data integration platforms on teamwork. A knowledgeable and dedicated in-house team ensures our technology continues to advance, our product offerings remain relevant and our customer service is first class. Teamwork with third parties is also the driving force behind our expansion and development.

We are all about integration, data mining, data enhancement and automation. Pooling information from the vast silos of vehicle information that exist in the dealership technology ecosystem to create one rich data source and enabling updates in our dashboard to populate all connected systems requires our team to work in harmony with a host of automotive suppliers.

We now count 90+ integrations across industry systems including key dealer marketing channels such as Auto Trader and Heycar. ViHUB’s Auto Trader Connect integration means advanced data in real-time from the leading online classified’s site can be viewed in the new ViHUB dashboard alongside the individual vehicle which helps maximise efficiencies and margins. With our supplier integration tally now around 50 that number is added to on a regular basis. We also count 25+ manufacturer integrations and 15+ portal integrations.

Percayso Vehicle Intelligence (PVI), data intelligence and insight specialists that provide multiple data and analytics solutions to the UK insurance and automotive sectors, is our latest supplier partnership. Our collaboration sees Percayso's cutting-edge market insights seamlessly integrated into our flagship vehicle inventory management system, ViHUB.

The partnership with Percayso, which also partners MOTORS, dramatically enhances ViHUB’s 'single view' of each vehicle in group stock by layering on deep, real-time market intelligence providing retailers with the comprehensive, granular data for smarter stocking, pricing, and sales decisions. Percayso gathers 750,000 retail prices daily and analyses over 1 billion live and historic vehicle adverts to give dealers a complete market picture.

Earlier this year, we also teamed up with newly formed consultancy Clarity Automotive headed up by former Harwoods group sales and marketing director Clare Freemantle. Clare’s wealth of experience in automotive blending high-level operational knowledge and hands-on digital expertise, has proved a pivotal asset as we developed and relaunched our ViHUB dashboard. Clare and her team provided DevOps-style input to better align technology with the real-world dealership processes and workflows.

Our CEO Andy Whitehair: “Our collaborations align with our mission to continually evolve our product offering and provide dealership groups and OEMs with an alternative to the one-stop-shop approach. Our vision is to create one unified hub where dealers can manage all their systems efficiently, with automation eliminating double-keying and simplifying the daily challenges of using disconnected applications.

“We remain focused on open integration because we believe dealers should have the freedom to choose the best tools for their requirements which can then connect, share and update data through our platform.”
